Pre-Event Planning

Planning the perfect event requires knowledge and experience. We have both.

Data collection is a critical component of your event. We will use your existing event software system or help implement one. We will handle setting up the software and develop the coding strategy to ensure the event runs smoothly and effectively.

Data integrity is critical to guest experience and donor cultivation and post-event stewardship. We will manage every aspect of data collection, record keeping, and invoicing with accuracy.

There is a lot that goes into ensuring your data is in shape prior to the event. That includes following up with vendors to receive guest names and contact information, meal preferences, dietary restrictions and preferences, etc. We will handle all of that on your behalf to ensure a smooth check-in process by entering as much data as possible prior to the event.

Let us handle scheduling the pre-event communications to your donors and your team. We can provide custom 1:1 or group training to your teams so they know exactly what to expect during the event.

Outsourced Registration and Check-Out

A cornerstone of a great event is a smooth, efficient, and quick check-in for your guests. Our team are registration ninjas! Bring us in to manage your entire registration and check-out process, and manage the volunteers.
