NXT Learn Lab
Your NXT transition doesn’t have to happen in a vacuum.
Join a weekly, hands-on working cohort where your Raiser’s Edge team works alongside DDX experts to transition your real workflows from Database View to NXT.
There is a lot to understand between now and the September 15, 2027 Database View sunset — and even more to put into practice.

We created the NXT Learn Lab to give you a place to bring your questions, bring your actual workflows, and work through the transition alongside DDX experts and other Raiser’s Edge teams.
What Happens in the Lab?
Each NXT Learn Lab session will focus on a specific area of the transition and combine education, real-world examples, hands-on working time, and the shared experience of a small cohort navigating the same transition.
1. Learn It
Understand what’s changing and what it means for your work.
DDX experts will walk through the session’s focus area, including relevant NXT functionality, operational considerations, common challenges, and decisions your organization should be thinking about.
2. See It
See how the work can translate into practice.
We’ll take you inside a real-world example and show how DDX has worked through the process with a client — what we considered, how the future-state workflow was designed, and what we learned along the way.
3. Work On It
Apply it to your organization while you have DDX experts in the room.
Bring your workflow, pull up your system, and use the working portion of the Lab to make progress. Our team will be there to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, talk through options, and provide another set of eyes when you need it.
...And Learn From the Cohort
You’re not the only organization figuring this out.
The cohort model creates a community of Raiser’s Edge professionals working toward the same cutover date. You’ll hear the questions other organizations are asking, see how peers are approaching similar challenges, share what you’re learning, and benefit from solutions and ideas that may not have surfaced within your own organization.
Learn it. See it. Work on it. Together.

It outlines the operational considerations leaders should be thinking about now, the key areas to address, what the transition will require, and questions to help assess your organization’s readiness.
